There was no promise of a review in order to accept these items. Check it out here.ĭisclosure : We stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas on our own dime but the baby gear was provided by Babierge. My new motto: Why bring it when you can just Babierge it?īabierge is currently running a special for Thanksgiving which gives travelers 10 percent off rental fees. (Yes, I stuffed a bouncy chair into a suitcase once.) But it's a pain, especially when you have multiple children. Of course, you can still do it the old-school way which is how I did it with my girls when they were babies-haul pack n' plays through the airport and stuff activity mats and bouncy chairs into suitcases. (At least that's what we found with Stephanie.) ![]() But Babierge simplifies all of that while delivering quality service. In the past, you would have had to find a provider on the ground (usually through word of mouth or concierge recommendations), email back and forth with them about what gear they have and how to get it, and hope it turns out ok. It's pretty awesome.īabierge has truly streamlined the gear rental process for families traveling with babies. Babierge has a partnership with Destination Hotels so providers like Stephanie can communicate with the hotel/villa staff about guest items. But it turned out ok because she emailed me and said that there was nothing I needed to do except leave the items in the room. On our day to leave, we were scrambling like no other (rounding up three kids and packing their suitcases is a Herculean effort.) I didn't even have a chance to email Stephanie about what to do. You always need more of those than you think! I was especially grateful for the extra packet of wipes that she provided. When we arrived at the Wailea Beach Villas, a Destination Hotel, after a long day of travel, all of the triple-cleaned and spotless items were already set-up in our villa. Stephanie also provided some beach toys for our older girls, swim diapers, and brochures and coupons for family-friendly things to do in Maui. There is a one-time delivery, set-up and pick-up fee charged and that price varies depending on location. ![]() Items are charged by they day and are very reasonable. We did bring our own stroller and car seat, but Stephanie could have provided those as well. In the end, we kept our rentals to a "minimum." We ordered a pack n' play with a diaper changing station, a bouncy chair, a rocker/bassinet, and an activity mat. No Word Docs or PDF brochures and lots of emails back and forth. Best of all, you can see her items online and add them to your cart. And if there is something that you don't see on the list, she's more than happy to go get it for you. She can provide everything from cribs to rockers to bouncy chairs, baby monitors, toys and even diapers and wipes. ![]() And it was of course, so very genius.īefore our trip, we communicated with the extremely professional Babierge provider on the ground in Maui- Stephanie Vojdani-about the types of gear that we would need during our stay. ![]() We've told you about how genius the Babierge service is before but on a recent trip to Maui, we got to experience it for ourselves. Babierge has changed their name to BabyQuip.
